- Can I freeze or cancel my membership?
- Yes. Memberships are month-to-month. Pause for up to 60 days at no charge or cancel any time with 30 days notice.
- What if I miss a month?
- Your treatment credit rolls over for up to 90 days. You'll never lose a service you've paid for.
- Can I gift my facial?
- Absolutely. Members can transfer one treatment per quarter to a friend or family member.
- What if I want to upgrade?
